How do I close my account?
Closing your account and removing your data is very easy. Please follow the steps below:
1. In the app navigate to the "Profile" screen and tap on the "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" button. (Image 1)
2. Enter your email on the first line (upper line) while making sure there are NO SPACES before or after the email address.
3. Enter your password (required for security reasons) on the bottom line.
4. Tap the "CLOSE ACCOUNT" button. (Image 2)
Please know that all your data will permanently removed and cannot be recovered once deleted.
